                        BC). AV distater (17.22 gm). “Amphipolis,” ca. 330–323 
                        BC. Head of Athena right, wearing pearl necklace, 
                        pendant earring, and triple-crested Corinthian helmet 
                        with coiled serpent device on bowl / ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ, Nike 
                        standing left, holding wreath and stylis, thunderbolt in 
                        left field. Price 163. For the date, see Troxell, p. 
                        128. Very rare. Minor scrape at bottom of Athena’s neck. 
                        Very fine
