ROMAN PROVINCE OF MACEDON. Aesillas, Quaestor. ca. 70 BC. Silver 
tetradrachm (16.56 gm). ÌÁÊÅÄÏÍÙÍ, head of deified Alexander right 
with horn of Ammon, È behind / AESILLAS Q, club between cista (money 
chest) and sella (quaestor’s chair), pellets to left of bottom of 
club and under sella, laurel wreath border. Bauslaugh 101 –371 (same 
obverse die). Toned extremely fine.
