                        (8.51 gm). Telmessus. Head of Athena right, wearing 
                        round earring and crested Attic helmet ornamented with 
                        olive leaves above visor and vegetative tendril on bowl, 
                        Lycian character behind neck / Lycian inscription Kherei 
                        Telmessus, head of bearded Heracles right in lion skin 
                        headdress, all in shallow incuse square. Cf. Mørkholm 
                        and Zahle, AA 47, 51-54, SNG Copenhagen Suppl. 451, and 
                        SNG von Aulock 4189 (different character on obverse).
