                              Tetradrachm (14.01 gm, 12h). Dated year 2 (133/4 
                              CE). "Shimon," temple facade, the Ark of the 
                              Covenant within; star above / "Year 2 of the 
                              freedom of Israel," lulav with etrog. Mildenberg 
                              40 (O10/R28); Meshorer 233; AJC II pg. 267, 16a; 
                              Hendin 689. Good VF, reverse slightly double 
                              struck. Overstruck on a tetradrachm of Trajan, 
                              with outlines of his portrait and some of the 
                              legend visible under the temple. ($1500)
