Dyrrachium, Illyria, AR drachm, (3.26g) c. 150 BC, Cow right, head turned,
suckling calf left, KTHTOS above, eagle right above. / DY . . . NEK KA
around double square containing stellate pattern. Toned Good VF, reverse
off center. The port of Dyrrachium is in modern day Albania. This type
circulated alongside, and presumably at parity with, Roman Republican
denarii.
