Gaul: Senones AE 16mm This coin was struck sometime after BC200 by the Senones, a Celtic tribe living in North-East Gaul. On the obverse, a head facing right; the reverse shows a bird standing left, annulets and a star. Diameter 16mm, weight 2.90 grams, catalogued in De la Tour as #7565 and in Sear(Greek Coins)as type #144.
