            CRETE. Itanus. Ca. 425–380 BC. Silver stater (11.01 gm). Sea god 
            left, with human torso and fishy tail, holding transverse trident in 
            right hand and fish by tail in left / Eight-rayed star in incuse 
            square with square border. Svoronos 4. Traegger A 7. Only one other 
            specimen of these dies recorded by Svoronos. . An extremely 
            significant type. Beautifully centered. Obverse struck from weak 
            die. Nearly extremely fine.
