                        CARIA: Myndus. 2nd-1st cent. BC. AR hemidrachm (2.34 
gm).

                        CARIA. Myndus. Second-first century BC. Silver 
                        hemidrachm (2.34 gm). Head of young Dionysus right, 
                        wearing mitre and wreathed with ivy / MUNDAIWN, 
                        horizontal winged thunderbolt, magistrate's name 
                        MHNCVOS(?) below, possible symbol (quiver?) in exergue. 
                        Perhaps unpublished for this magistrate. Cf. SNG von 
                        Aulock 8119-8102 and SNG Keckman 241-243. Beautiful 
                        iridescent toning. Flan crack at 2:00 on obverse. Good 
                        very fine
