electrum Milesian Hemi-Hekte - Twelfth Stater. 650-600 BC.
Of particular interest is the fact that no
previous examples of this Milesian electrum denomination have
been known to exist prior to the discovery of these coins.

Obverse: Geometric design consisting of an irregular square
bisected by crossing lines.
Reverse: Incuse square with center pellet bisected by two lines
and further divided by four radiate lines forming 8 triangular
segments.
Size: 8 mm ( nearly 3/8" )
