Head of young Heracles right in lion skin headdress, of local style / Aramaic inscription Abi'el, Zeus of local style enthroned left, holding horse protome on extended right hand and scepter in left, stylized palm tree in left field, trident-like symbol in outer right field. Cf. Potts Class XLIV and XLVI. Surfaces somewhat rough. Very fine The inscription and the trident-like symbol link this coin to several of Potts' classes of southeast Arabian tetradrachms, but the style of Heracles' head is slightly less abstract and the trident-like symbol is positioned differently.
