($750) This, and the previous, coins are part of a small group of imitative coins that has recently appeared on the market (see Gemini 1, lots 258-260, for the others). Their obverse and reverse types appear to copy either Alexandrine or Seleukid prototypes, but their overall style and certain attributes defy certain placement into any of the known series in Arabia, or those farther east.
