            BELGIC GAUL. Nervii. Ca. 60–30/25 BC. Gold stater (5.61 gm). 
            Vestiges of Celticized human head right, the most prominent feature 
            a pair of volutes meeting in the form of an epsilon / VIROS, 
            Celticized horse left, pellet in ring behind, other decorative 
            elements off flan. Scheers, Gaule Belgique, 29, Class IV, pl. viii, 
            219. De la Tour 8766. Struck on a short flan but with full 
            inscription. Good very fine.
