CELTIC BRITAIN. Cunobelin. AV stater (5.24 gm). Classic Type
A, ca. AD 20–43. CA—M[V] flanking grain ear with volutes at
bottom / CVNO, Romanized horse leaping right, branch above.
Hobbs 1830. Cf. Van Arsdell 2025 and 2027 (without volutes).
A very rare variety. A few light marks near lower obverse
edge. Good very fine
