DN IVSTINIANVS PP AVG (the second P resembling a V), 
helmeted, cuirassed bust facing, with short pendilla, 
holding cross on globe and shield; cross to right.
Large (tall and thin) M, ANNO to left (with the O smaller than the other letters), cross above, XII to right, officina letter Epsilon below, mintmark CON.

Information from the Forum Ancient Coins: "Published in Sear 
BCV as F17 in the "Forgeries of Byzantine Coins" section in 
the back of the book (p493)... Mike O'Hara, remarks "This is 
a fairly well made copy of a follis of Constantinople, year 
twelve. It has appeared in some major sales."
