Two emperors standing facing, John VI, on the left holding labarum, 
and John V, on the right holding akakia.

Very rare. Toned. Edges clipped, otherwise, very fine.

Most works describe the reverse as having John V on the left and 
John VI on the right. Grierson points out on p. 184, that that
is incorrect, the inscription clearly tells us that John VI is on 
the left and John V on the right.
