 Struck in Thessalonica. Obverse: Facing bust of the Virgin, orans, nimbate
   and wearing pallium and maphorium; on her breast, nimbate head of the
  infant Christ facing. Reverse: Half-length figure of Andronicus facing.,
   with forked beard, wearing crown, scaramangion and sagion, and holding
  labarum and globe cross. Sear 1987. Very Fine.
