                  Great Britain. Kings of All England. AR Penny, ND 
                  (Northwestern mint). North-725; S-1122 var. 1.22 grams. 
                  Eadwig, 955-959 AD. Two-line type. Central circle, small cross 
                  pattee within; + EADWWIG REX? around. Reverse: Inscription in 
                  two lines: HERE / NOD MO in upper and lower registers, pellets 
                  above and below, with three crosses across center. Bold strike 
                  on large, full flan, on choice metal. Even, medium gray 
                  toning; the recesses silvery. Slight luster remaining. Rare. A 
                  stunning example. NGC graded MS-62. 
                  Estimated Value $1,800 - 2,200.
