RIC says in a footnote of this entry, The fifth officina has not yet been recorded. Well, here it is!
Diocletian was a great reformer. He reformed the government into the Tetrarchy system of two Caesars and two Augusti, and he reformed the coinage by eliminating the old Antoninianus and introduing the Argenteus and Follis. He ruled from 284 to 305 and then retired.
